R.H.N. Registered Holistic Nutritionists™ are dedicated professionals, who create individualized whole foods, lifestyle, and supplement plans for their clients, empowering their clients to achieve optimal health. Holistic Nutritionists™ endorse the promotion of whole, locally grown organic foods, sustainable farming practices; and a non-toxic environment.
Lyndsey is also a Registered Bio Energetics Practitioner. Bioenergetics pathways known as meridians, allow energetic signals to flow continuously through and around the body. It is through these bioenergetic meridians that the brain and nervous system receive information about the state and functioning of the body as a whole. When blockages occur within these pathways, the body is unable to recognize stressors. This results in homeostatic imbalance. BIE is a simple new natural and non-invasive modality that uses a state-of-the-art, patented instrument called the GSR-120 unit that is used to direct energy onto various acupuncture points on the body to help create a homeostatic state. It helps to enable one's body to maintain balance (homeostasis) without the use of needles or drugs, therefore alleviating suffering.
Some Homeostatic Imbalances may manifest themselves as:
| Acne, especially pimples on the chin or around the mouth | Fluid retention | Poor memory and concentration |
| Acid/ Alkaline imbalances | Food cravings | Poor muscle coordination |
| Abdominal cramps | Gas / Bloating | Rash or hives |
